Lukasz is a Strenght conditioning coach, fitness instructor and personal training. His goal is to help others achieve their health and lifestyle goals. With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, background as a coach and athlete in different sports like Volleyball, Football, Swimming, and Combat Sports.
Lukasz has been a successful coach and trainer because of his ability to improve performance such as power, strength, speed, agility, mobility, and endurance.
His resume includes working as a Fitness Director on Board Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Strength and Conditioning Coach of Swimming Team of Swan Leisure, Looking after Strength and Conditioning programs for Football players, Boxers.
When it comes to strength and conditioning, Lukasz is truly one of the best you can find. On top of that Lukasz is also a qualified Yoga Teacher, Pilates instructor. One of his great abilities is communication and delivering exceptional services and training to his Students.
