We will help you create lifestyle habits to achieve sustainable results. You’ll receive guidance on meal frequency, protein, carbs & fats, water intake. Remember Diet start and finish. What we do here is creating healthy eating habits that are sustainable.


You get the benefit of our top-level online coaching expertise at a budget-friendly. Do not underestimate the power and usefulness of having a top coach at your disposal!


20 minute Weekly Check-in service allows you to keep track of your own progress over the course of your programme and stay accountable!


You can arrange a Live Group or 1-1 PT sessions  via Zoom with Lukasz The 3 sessions per week will keep you accountable & consistent while allowing our Lukasz to ensure you execute perfect form on every exercise.

Get in Touch

Fill out our get in touch form or give us a call. We will discuss the goals you want to achieve, your fitness history, and availability. During that Step, we will answer all your necessary questions.

Step 2


During consultations, we will discuss your goals, type of training, estimate the needed time to achieve your goal, arrange the best suitable time for your sessions. This ensures that everything is tailored specifically for you.

Step 3


Based on all the collected information, Lukasz will create a customized workout plan and a customized meal plan just for you.  All it left for you is to show up on your scheduled session and smash your goals!
